At 34 Heritage, we stand by the quality of our premium denim and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
